When You Need More Than Six Seats
Sometimes the numbers just do not work. Grandparents are joining the family holiday. Eight friends are off to a stag weekend. A team of colleagues needs to get to an away day. Splitting into two or three cars gets expensive and messy.
That is where the 7 seater and 8 seater come in. Our minibuses seat up to eight passengers plus the driver, and they have a proper luggage area at the back. One car, one booking and one fixed price.
For groups of up to six with lighter luggage, our 6 seater taxi may be enough. If you are not sure, tell us your numbers and bag count and we will suggest the right vehicle.
Space for People and Luggage
As a typical guide, our 8 seater minibus takes:
- Up to eight passengers.
- Around six large suitcases.
- Around four hand bags or small cases.
That makes it the best choice for group trips with lots of bags. It also handles awkward items like golf bags, folding wheelchairs, buggies and sports kit far better than a smaller car.

Big Family Trips
Large families and multi generation holidays are a big part of our minibus work. Two parents, three children and two grandparents is seven people before you count the suitcases.
The minibus keeps everyone together, so grandparents are not left waiting for a second car and children are not split up. Child seats are available on request. Tell us the ages of the children when you book.
Stag, Hen and Birthday Groups
Group celebrations often start with a ride somewhere. A night out in Kingston or the West End, a day at the races, or a trip to a station for a weekend away.
A minibus means the whole group arrives together and leaves together. No one has to sort out the second car or chase the stragglers. Book a return pickup for the end of the night and the driver will take everyone home across the area.
We ask groups to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. That keeps everyone safe and the evening fun.
Cruises and Long Trips with Lots of Bags
Cruise holidays mean lots of luggage. Formal wear, casual wear, shoes for every occasion. A group of six or more going on a cruise from Southampton or Dover needs serious boot space.
Our 8 seater can make that trip in one go, with room for the cases. Tell us the port and sailing time when you book, and we will plan a pickup that gets you there for check-in. Longer road trips are always quoted with a fixed fare up front.

Businesses use our minibuses to move teams to away days, conferences, client visits and events. One vehicle is simpler to organise than several taxis, and everyone arrives at the same time.

Local football teams, running clubs, church groups and community groups often need to move eight people at once. A pre-booked minibus with a licensed driver takes the pressure off volunteers who would otherwise need to drive.

At sad times, families often want to travel together. A minibus can take close family from home to a church, a service at the crematorium or a gathering afterwards. Our drivers understand these are sensitive days and will be calm, punctual and respectful.

Airport and Station Group Transfers
Groups flying together need space for everyone and their bags. Our minibus is often booked for long airport runs, such as Stansted transfers from Cheam, where splitting into two cars would add a lot to the cost.
We also take groups to London stations for trains to the coast, the North or Europe. Give us your train time and we will plan the pickup.
Theme Parks and Days at the Coast
Chessington World of Adventures is only a short drive west of Cheam, along the roads through Ewell and Tolworth. Thorpe Park is a little further out in Surrey. For a big family or a group of friends, the minibus takes everyone in one go and saves the stress of parking.
Fancy the seaside? Brighton is a straightforward run down the A23. A day trip in a minibus means no train tickets for eight and no carrying bags of buckets and spades through stations. We give you a fixed fare for the return trip, including a pickup time to suit you.
University Moves in September
Every autumn, families across Cheam and Sutton pack up a teenager's life and drive it to university. Boxes, a duvet, a kettle, a desk lamp and a laptop bag. It never quite fits in the family car.
Our 8 seater, with seats folded where needed, can handle a lot of belongings plus a couple of family members. Tell us roughly what you are moving and the address of the halls, and we will give you a fixed fare.
How We Plan Group Pickups
For groups coming from different addresses, we plan the pickup order to make the route sensible. Give us every address when you book, and we will work out the timings. Each person gets a time to be ready.
On the way home, we can drop people at different addresses too. All the stops are included in your fixed fare, so there is no haggling at the end of a long day.
Equipment, Instruments and Kit
Some groups bring more than suitcases. Bands with instruments, sports teams with kit bags and photographers with lighting gear all need space that a normal car cannot give.
The 8 seater can be set up with some seats folded to make room. Tell us exactly what you are carrying, and how many people are travelling, and we will check it fits before we confirm the booking.
