Airport Transfers from Cheam to Heathrow
Heathrow is the airport most Cheam families fly from, and it is also the one people worry about most. Four terminals, a huge road network and a lot of traffic on the way in. Our job is to take that worry off your plate.
Here is how it works. You book online or by phone and get a fixed price. We confirm the pickup time, check your flight number, and send a TfL licensed driver in a clean car. The driver arrives, helps with the cases and takes the route that makes sense on the day.
We run this road every day, at every hour. Dawn flights, late night returns, Christmas Day, the first Saturday of the summer holidays. Same service, same fixed fare.
Airport Pickups: Heathrow with Meet and Greet
Coming home is when a good taxi really earns its keep. You have been on a plane for hours. The last thing you want is to wander the forecourt looking for your car.
With meet and greet, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. They walk you to the car park and the car, and take the trolley off your hands. We track your flight, so if you land early we are there, and if you land late we adjust. You do not need to call us from the baggage hall.
Give us your flight number when you book. That single detail is what lets the driver time the pickup properly.
Minicab to Heathrow Terminal 2
Terminal 2, also called the Queen's Terminal, sits in the central area alongside Terminal 3. Many Star Alliance airlines fly from here. Drivers reach it through the main tunnel under the northern runway, then follow the signs for the departures forecourt on the upper level. For arrivals, we meet you inside the hall on the ground floor and walk to the nearby short stay car park.
Transfer to Heathrow Terminal 3
Terminal 3 is the busy long haul building next door to Terminal 2, and it is used by a large number of international carriers. The two terminals share the central road system, so check your ticket carefully. Dropping at Terminal 2 when you need 3 is an easy mistake and costs you time with heavy bags.
Taxis to Heathrow Terminal 4
Terminal 4 is the odd one out. It stands on the southern side of the airport, away from the central terminals, and you reach it by the Southern Perimeter Road. For Cheam passengers this is handy, as the approach from the south avoids the central tunnel queues. It is also quieter at the forecourt most of the day.
Taxi to Heathrow Terminal 5
Terminal 5 is the large glass building on the western edge, close to junction 14 of the M25. It is mainly used by British Airways. Drop-off is on the upper departures level. For arrivals we meet you in the hall and walk to the short stay car park opposite. Allow a few extra minutes inside, as it is a long building end to end.
Cheam to Heathrow Cabs Phone Number
Some people just want to talk to someone. Fair enough. Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day by real people who know the area.
Call 020 3642 6174 to book, ask about a quote, or change an existing booking. If your flight time moves, ring us as soon as you know and we will move the car. Keep the number saved on your phone while you travel. It is the quickest way to reach us if anything changes on the day.
When you call, have a few details ready. Your pickup address in Cheam, the terminal, your flight number and time, the number of passengers and a rough count of the bags. With those five things, the booking takes a couple of minutes and the driver has everything needed for a smooth run.
Minicab Service Cheam to Heathrow Route and Time
The usual road from Cheam heads up Malden Road through Worcester Park towards New Malden, then west through Kingston, over the river at Kingston Bridge and on through Hampton towards Hatton Cross. That puts you right by Terminal 4 and close to the other terminals.
At quiet times the run is typically 14 to 16 miles and takes around 35 to 50 minutes. In the morning rush, or on a Friday afternoon, it can stretch past an hour.
When Kingston is jammed, the driver may go the other way. The A217 heads south to junction 8 of the M25, then round to junction 14 or 15 depending on your terminal. It is more miles, yet often steadier on the road.
Our tip? Leave more time than you think you need, especially for morning long haul flights. A relaxed coffee at the gate beats a sprint to security every time.
Airport Cars Heathrow from Cheam
Pick the car based on people and bags, not just people. A saloon carries four passengers, but four adults with four big cases will not fit. That is when the MPV makes sense.

Luggage figures are a typical guide. Tell us your bag count when you book and we will match the car.
Vehicle Size
Not sure? Count large suitcases, cabin bags and anything awkward like golf clubs, buggies or ski bags. Tell us the numbers and we will match the car.
Standard Car
Our standard saloon suits up to four passengers with two large cases and two hand bags. It is the most popular choice for couples and solo business trips to the airport.
Executive Car
The executive car seats up to four passengers with two large cases, in a more comfortable, premium cabin. It is the smart pick for business trips, long haul flights and special occasions, when you want to arrive feeling fresh.
MPV
The 6 seater MPV takes up to six people with four large cases. Good for families with older children, or two couples sharing a ride to the same flight. More on our 6 seater taxi page.
Minibus Hire (8-Seater Taxi)
For bigger groups, the 7 or 8 seater minibus takes up to eight people and six large cases. One vehicle means everyone arrives together, and it usually costs less than two cars. See the 7 seater taxi page for more.
